I have recently ordered a 10 box of wheat flour from your branche office. Unfortunately, when I opened it, three of the flour box were broken and the flour were spread everywere. The wheat flour becomes dirty and can not be used. My order number is DAA5421457.
To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my order; I have already went out and bought wheat flour from another store nearby.
